Question:
What is passion?
Answer:
Passion is one of those words that people often use without really
understanding the original meaning of the word.
When most people refer to “passion”, they use it to mean strong emotions
reflecting to an intense desire for something and or someone.
Passion comes from the Latin root word (pati), which does not mean strong
feelings or love, but instead means suffering and or enduring.
(Passion literally means a pain that demands attention.)
If you’re passionate about something and or someone, you commit yourself
fully to it, giving it all that you’ve got and giving it as much time and
effort that is needed until you reach your goal, whatever it may be.
When someone asks you what you are passionate about, the real question is:
What are you willing to suffer for?
Passion is almost always defined as that one thing you will do even
though you aren’t getting paid for it.
Passion is something that do that doesn’t feel like work.
A person’s passion is something that they do without ever getting tired.
It’s something that they do without feeling like it’s a job.
And.., it’s something that they do that they are comfortable about
without a feeling of wanting to quit.
Now that you know this, here is something that you should also know.
Passion is one of the most powerful things to have in ones life when it
comes to creating one’s
life in whatever it is that they would like their to lives to be created
into.
Without passion, you will end up being a type of person who will always
struggle when it comes to improving your confidence level, as well as
when it comes to improving your motivation for whatever it is that you
would like to do with your lives.
If you truly want to be a much more smarter person than everyone else,
work on improving your passion power, which will help you to become the
best that you can be for yourself and no one else.
